1. Acceptance of Terms By using this website, submitting information, making a payment, contacting Hera, or accessing website content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website.

2. Website Information Only Website content is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not an account statement, settlement offer, payment demand, validation notice, legal notice, or waiver of rights. Account-specific information will be provided through authorized communications or written documentation.

3. Debt Collection Disclosure Hera Payment Solutions, LLC is a debt collector. This is an attempt to collect a debt, and any information obtained may be used for that purpose. This applies where the website, payment portal, form, or communication concerns collection or resolution of a consumer debt.

4. No Professional Advice Hera is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, credit repair, financial planning, investment, bankruptcy, medical, insurance, or court representation services. No communication with Hera creates an attorney-client relationship.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome Hera does not guarantee settlement, balance reduction, payment arrangement, debt forgiveness, credit reporting change, collection recovery, legal outcome, financial outcome, or any specific result. Outcomes depend on account facts, documentation, creditor or account owner policies, funds available, timing, eligibility, and applicable law.

6. Debt Settlement and Account Resolution Risks Debt settlement or account resolution may not be appropriate for every consumer. It may result in continued collection activity, additional fees or interest, negative credit reporting, creditor refusal, lawsuits, judgments, tax consequences, or other financial consequences. Consumers remain responsible for deadlines, legal notices, account review, and professional advice when needed.

7. Legal Notices, Lawsuits, and Garnishments Hera does not file pleadings, represent consumers in court, stop lawsuits, prevent judgments, stop garnishments, remove liens, or provide bankruptcy advice. If you receive a summons, lawsuit, court notice, judgment, garnishment, lien, bankruptcy notice, or legal deadline, contact a licensed attorney immediately.

8. Disputes, Validation, and Account Issues Consumers may dispute a debt, request validation, report mistaken identity, report identity theft, provide bankruptcy information, update attorney representation, or submit a complaint using Hera’s consumer/compliance contact information above. Hera will review such requests in accordance with applicable federal and California law.

9. Communications and Opt-Outs By providing contact information, you authorize Hera to contact you regarding your inquiry, account, payment options, services, compliance notices, or consumer requests, subject to applicable law. Communications may occur by phone, mail, email, text message, or electronic methods where permitted. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts; reply HELP for help. You may also request that Hera not use a specific communication method or notify Hera of inconvenient times or places for communication, subject to applicable law.

10. Payments and Written Agreements By submitting a payment, you authorize Hera and/or its payment processor to process the payment you select or authorize. Submitting a payment does not waive non-waivable rights under federal or state law. Any settlement, payment arrangement, compromise, discount, release, or account resolution is not final unless confirmed in writing by the authorized party. If website language conflicts with an account-specific written agreement, the written account-specific agreement controls.

11. Service Availability and Account Type Services may not be available in all states or for all account types. Hera provides services only where authorized, licensed, registered, exempt, or otherwise permitted under applicable law. Different laws may apply to consumer debts and commercial or business debts.

12. User Responsibilities and Sensitive Information Users must not misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or submit information for another person without authority. Do not submit Social Security numbers, full account numbers, full dates of birth, medical records, payment card information, bank account information, or other sensitive information through unsecured forms. Hera will provide secure instructions if sensitive documentation is required.

13. Third-Party Services, Privacy, and Intellectual Property This website may link to payment processors, forms, scheduling tools, social media, or other third-party services. Hera is not responsible for third-party privacy practices, security, content, availability, or terms. Website use is also governed by Hera’s Privacy Policy. Website content, branding, text, graphics, logos, designs, and materials are owned by Hera or used with permission and may not be copied or exploited without written permission.

14. Liability, Consumer Rights, and Updates To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hera is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from website use, reliance on website content, technical issues, third-party services, or unauthorized access. Nothing in these Terms waives or limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law. Hera may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date.

15. Governing Law These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of Nevada, except where California law or another applicable state law controls consumer protection, debt collection, licensing, registration, privacy, or account-specific rights.

16. Contact For questions about these Terms, disputes, validation requests, complaints, communication preferences, attorney representation, payment issues, or account concerns, contact Hera using the consumer/compliance contact information listed above.
